CHOICES is a non-profit community-based organization that provides services to latina women, high risk youth, pregnant teens, parenting adolescents and their families.

CHOICES addresses the social, environmental an psychological issues that pertain to culture and gender.

Internships with CHOICES

We are very interested in providing internship opportunities to graduate students, and in some cases to undergraduate students. CHOICES has a contract with the EPIC (Educational Participation in the Community) Program at Cal State LA.

Requirements

Those interested must submit a resume and be available for a face to face interview. Interns must work a minimum of 10 hours but preferably 20 hours per week. Schedules are flexible around class and work hours.

Pay

Internships with Choices are unpaid opportunities. If grants are received for specific projects there is a chance for a paid position.
